Job Description

TP Indonesia is currently looking for Mandarin and Cantonese communication experts to join our remote team. If you're fluent in either language and passionate about communication, this is your chance to work from the comfort of your home with a global leader in customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email in Mandarin and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, order status, and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure timely resolution with a customerfirst approach.

2. Communication & Interaction

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Mandarinspeaking customers while maintaining brand tone and service quality.
  • Deliver empathetic, proactive, and solutionoriented interactions.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Flag recurring issues, customer pain points, and product feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, product, and tech support) to resolve complex cases.
  • Follow up on escalated cases until resolution is achieved.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal SOPs, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain service quality KPIs, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and quality assessment sessions to maintain high performance.

7. Cultural & Language Expertise

  • Support localization needs such as language clarity, Mandarin content checks, and cultural insights when required.

Requirements:

  • Languages Required:

Primary: Mandarin or Cantonese

Secondary: English

  • Experience:

Fresh graduates or experienced candidates with strong linguistic skills are welcome

  • Essential Skills:

Excellent listening and retention

Strong note-taking ability

High concentration and attention to detail

Ability to quickly establish credibility

  • Work Schedule:

Willing to work in a permanent night shift setting

  • Education:

Minimal Bachelor Degree in any Majors
