Relationship Officer SME - Balikpapan

Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of SME Lending accounts. The RO is expected to maintain account handling in accordance with the predetermined portfolio size.

Prospecting & Follow-Up of Potential Debtors

Prepare call reports and progress reports related to prospecting activities and/or credit application processes.

Conduct marketing calls and visits to prospective debtors to identify and understand their financial needs.

Provide information to potential debtors regarding available credit facilities and loan products offered by Maybank Indonesia

Inform potential debtors about the approval or rejection of their credit facility applications.

Prepare and submit credit proposals based on customer needs and internal guidelines.

Requirements

Experience as RO SME Banking 3 years

Proficiency in selling skills, credit analysis, and knowledge of lending products.

Understanding of credit management principles.

Strong negotiation skills.

High level of integrity.
