  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and offer financial solutions tailored to clients needs.
  • Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure sustainable and profitable lending.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure financing deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and client performance to mitigate risks.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling financial products.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as corporate sales in the banking industry.
  • Strong portfolio and client database.
  • Possess a large portfolio and proven experience handling wholesale/corporate segment.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts
