Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree
2. Max 36 years old
3. Min 2 years experience as Account Officer/ Marketing Manager
4. Good knowledge of SME banking product
5. Have well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
6. Good at selling/influencing
7. Good Analytical Skills

Job Description:

1. Ensure the achievement of sales target for SME banking product
2. Propose SME financing proposals at Branch Offices
3. Maintain the smooth collectability of SME financing customers under the responsibility in accordance with applicable procedures, in order to reduce the level of NPF at branch office.
4. Ensure the financing process in line with the policy and regulation
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external financing support
6. Providing premium customer service
7. Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution
8. Placement in Jakarta, Depok and Bogor.
