Act as the main point of contact for ShopeeFood and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants.
Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and other services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp Blast, and phone calls).
Handle price competitiveness by monitoring merchant pricing, ensuring competitive positioning, and recommending necessary adjustments.
Manage administrative updates such as menu changes, photo updates, and other required modifications to support merchant operations.
Requirements
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, web browsers, WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Blast tools.
Target-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving performance goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experienced in daily canvassing and monitoring tasks.
Good understanding of district-to-subdistrict mapping in Sidoarjo
Experienced in managing merchant package activations.
Able to simulate, analyze, and calculate program/campaign proposals for merchants.
