About the Role

Blibli is transforming into a future-ready digital ecosystem where strong partnerships and sustainable growth go hand in hand. Our Commercial team works closely with brands and sellers to create win-win partnerships, optimize business performance, and deliver the best assortment and value to customers.

As a Relationship Manager, you will act as a strategic partner for brands and sellers, helping them grow their business while supporting Blibli's commercial objectives. You will manage day-to-day relationships, negotiate commercial terms, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance, assortment quality, and customer experience.

This role is part of our talent pool, where selected candidates will be considered for current and future opportunities across various commercial and merchandising functions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, sellers, and business partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional support, and partnership agreements to drive mutual growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, assortment, and business productivity.
  • Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support promotional campaigns, category initiatives, and commercial programs.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to drive business decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for partners by providing insights and recommendations to grow their business.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Sales, or Business Development roles.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
