Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients across various industries
- Understand the clients business needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational requirements
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of banking products and services
- Actively monitor the clients financial performance and market conditions to anticipate their evolving needs and provide timely advice
- Contribute to the team's overall business development efforts by generating new leads and referrals
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role within the corporate banking or relationship management function
- Strong understanding of the corporate banking landscape, including products, services, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial analysis tools
