Job Description:

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with brand owners and representatives.
  • Communicate all Shopee Ads programs to brand owners.
  • Prepare brands performance reports and provide in-depth insight for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Resolve Shopee Ads related inquiries, issues, and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Strong fluency in Mandarin (both verbal & written), preferably have HSK certification (min. HSK 5).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management / Business Development / Key Account Manager.
  • Have good interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), able to handle external party independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Good team player with aptitude for sales.
  • Fluent in English.
