Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of SMB merchants on the ShopeeFood platform.
Drive merchant growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales performance, order volume, and overall platform engagement.
Analyze merchant performance metrics such as GMV, order growth, conversion rates, and campaign participation to provide actionable business insights.
Recommend and implement strategic promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance merchant visibility and sales.
Act as a trusted business advisor to merchants by providing data-driven recommendations related to pricing, menu optimization, promotions, and operational improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and campaign teams to execute growth initiatives.
Monitor merchant performance regularly and provide structured performance reports and improvement plans.
Ensure merchants comply with platform policies, operational standards, and service quality requirements.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within the assigned merchant portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major.
1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
Target-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Proficient in using Excel.
Experience working in a dynamic environment.
Experience or interest in food delivery and e-commerce business.
