Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Relationship Officer to join our team in Denpasar. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Daily tasks will include customer communication, managing service inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
