At Rocketindo, we're scaling fast — launching new products, expanding across platforms, and reaching more customers than ever. But none of that works without compliance. We're looking for a Regulatory Specialist who ensures our products and operations meet all legal and regulatory requirements — locally and globally.

This role is perfect for someone detail-obsessed, proactive, and excited to work at the intersection of product, legal, and government regulation.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure all Rocketindo products (especially cosmetics, supplements, and skincare) meet BPOM, Halal, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Manage product registration processes from end to end — including documentation, submission, and status tracking.
• Monitor changes in local and international regulations (BPOM, Kemenkes, FDA, etc.) and update internal teams accordingly.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance from idea to launch.
• Liaise with external agencies, government bodies, and consultants to facilitate licensing and certification processes.
• Maintain accurate records and regulatory files for all products and markets.
• Assist with audits and ensure all documentation is inspection-ready.

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced in Product Registration

Familiar with BPOM processes and ideally has hands-on experience with skincare, cosmetics, or supplement registration.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized

Thorough, accurate, and reliable in managing documentation and deadlines.

• Regulatory-Savvy

Up to date with applicable laws and regulations for consumer products in Indonesia (and preferably abroad).

• Problem Solver

Can navigate regulatory challenges and find efficient paths to compliance.

• Self-Starter

Works independently, takes initiative, and drives projects forward without waiting to be told.

• Have active SIPA
