Has received training and understands Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) and the Halal Assurance System (SJH)

Job Description
Perform preformulation and feasibility study for the formula to be designed
Design formulas to be worked on a laboratory scale or on a pilot scale.
Design formulas to be worked on a laboratory scale or on a pilot scale.
Perform laboratory and pilot scale formula trial.
Prepare the supporting documents needed for laboratory and pilot scale formula experiments.
Monitor laboratory scale formula experiments and pilot together with other relevant departments to validate the process
Monitor the first commercial batch of new / reformulated products along with QA and Production regarding the implementation of process validation / process optimization.
