We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end data product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing data accessibility across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives and empower decision-making through scalable, user-centric data solutions.
This role requires a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise, enabling you to prioritize features, manage roadmaps, and deliver impactful data products.
Job Description
- Lead the development, enhancement, and launch of data-driven products.
- Define and manage the data product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and balance business impact with technical feasibility.
- Own and contribute to the documentation of data products to ensure clarity, usability, and adoption.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to identify, prioritize, and execute new product opportunities.
- Manage product development lifecycle from concept to deployment, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and project execution.
- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and iterate to improve product value and user satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate the product vision, benefits, and functionality to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing data products, with a total of 5+ years working in data-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and dashboarding.
- Working knowledge of SQL scripting and data integration.
- Excellent communication (English required) and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
