Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute regional market penetration strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Develop and manage strategic and key accounts across mining, industrial, power plant, cement, and heavy industry sectors
- Acquire new customers and expand wallet share within existing accounts
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal closures for high-value projects and contracts
- Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for key customers
- Lead and develop regional Sales and Operations teams to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Service teams to ensure execution quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage regional commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and business risk
- Strong knowledge of Digital tools, CRM, and Sales Analytics, including:
CRM systems (pipeline management, forecasting, account history), Sales dashboards and analytics, Territory coverage planning, Sales productivity improvement & Conversion rate optimization
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (Regional Manager, Branch Manager, or Area Manager)
- Minimum 10 years of total working experience, with focus in the following industries: Power Plant, Mining, Cement, Industrial (Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Mineral Processing) & Port Handling)
- Strong knowledge of regional market penetration strategies, particularly for Bulk Material Handling solutions (conveyor systems, belts, rollers, accessories, etc.) and Surface Protection
- Proven track record in:
(Market penetration, New account acquisition, Key account and strategic customer management)
- Experienced in handling project-based sales, long-term contracts, and tender processes
- Strong skills in negotiation, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
- Solid understanding of regional P&L and ability to balance growth and profitability
- Possess a hunter mindset, target-driven, and hands-on in field execution
- Proven ability to lead and build high-performance sales and operations teams
- Willing to travel extensively and be assigned to any regional location
