We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in Jabodetabek and Sumatera. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in General Trade, proven experience in building distributor networks, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in GT channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG Foods industry.
- Strong background in General Trade (GT) at Jabodetabek and Sumatera area.
- Proven success in distributor management.
- Excellent skills in strategy, problem solving, and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in english.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned regions (Jabodetabek & Sumatera).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets in the assigned region in GT channels.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to ensure execution excellence at GT channels/distributor level.
- Manage relationships with distributors: selection, negotiation, performance review, and alignment on business growth targets.
- Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth across GT channels.
- Identify business opportunities in new territories and open potential distributors to expand coverage.
- Analyze market trends, competitors activities, and consumer insights to recommend actions that strengthen regional performance.
- Monitor sales KPIs and report regularly to senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc) to ensure smooth operations and promotional execution.
- Ensure distributor compliance on stock management, route-to-market, pricing, and company policies.
- Train, coach, and develop sales supervisors/representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Manage budget allocation for sales activities and ensure cost efficiency in the region
