Regional Sales Head / Director, Asia AlloyX Group
Location: Indonesia (Covering Asia)
Role Purpose:
AlloyX is expanding its global commercial team to accelerate growth across stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and AI-enabled financial solutions. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive ARR and business volume growth, lead a regional sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to high-value deals.
This is a hunter and relationship-driven leadership role combining team management, direct sales, ecosystem development, and strategic market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, setting targets and accountability
Drive direct enterprise and institutional sales, personally closing high-value Web3, blockchain, and crypto deals
Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms
Drive adoption of stablecoins, DeFi yield products, tokenised finance solutions, and AI-enabled tools
Provide input to product roadmap, commercial strategy, and go-to-market plans
Lead regional ecosystem engagement, expanding market presence and influence in crypto and blockchain networks
Maintain CRM-driven pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution discipline
Achieve measurable ARR, business volume, and revenue growth targets
Candidate Profile
10+ years of enterprise or institutional sales experience in fintech, payments, blockchain, crypto, or Web3
Proven hunter and relationship-driven sales leader, exceeding revenue targets
Experienced in team leadership while contributing directly to high-value deals
Established network across banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, and Web3/blockchain platforms
Knowledgeable in stablecoins, DeFi, tokenised finance, yield design, crypto infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions
Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to influence product development and partnerships
