We're looking for a Regional Sales Development Assistant Manager to strengthen distributor performance, elevate field execution quality, and drive sustainable sales growth across the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen distributor, sub‑distributor, and retail networks to ensure strong sell‑in and sell‑out performance
- Improve core distribution fundamentals: coverage, availability, visibility, and retail penetration
- Lead RTM initiatives including territory planning, outlet segmentation, and salesforce deployment to maximize reach
- Ensure execution discipline by monitoring daily field routines, call standards, merchandising, and program compliance
- Build strong relationships with retailers, applicators, project influencers, and key trade partners
- Coach distributor sales teams through structured training, field accompaniment, and performance reviews
- Consolidate sales KPIs, distribution health updates, and competitor insights into clear reports for decision-making
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in building materials, construction, FMCG, or other distribution‑driven industries
- Strong background in sales development, field execution, and distributor/channel management
- Proven ability to improve RTM efficiency, salesforce productivity, and territory coverage
- Hands‑on, analytical, and capable of leading operations across multiple regions
- SIM A holder with safe and confident driving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English

- Sumatra Region, preferably Southern Sumatra Based
- Western Java Region, preferably Jabo or Bandung Based
