About the Position
This will drive output standards across Asia-Pacific tire plants using Lean and engineering tools to optimize labor, productivity, cost, and efficiency while educating leaders, linking business to manufacturing, and replicating best practices.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with plants the implementation of competitive output standards. Create & implement changes to support output standards & hold teams accountable.
- Lead/assist plants in conducting studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow considering the maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, while ensuring workplace safety.
- Analyze current footprint utilization & determine where the greatest opportunities for improvement for decreasing TDC through implementation of output standards. Develop, implement & maintain plans to drive improvements in plant performance.
- Support, sustain and improve manufacturing methods in plants by benchmarking and sharing best practices from other plants.
- Develop studies and prepare documents for growth and capabilities increase projects.
- Engage with leaders in managing and presenting strategies and initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- BS - industrial engineering or other engineering discipline.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in industrial engineering related projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a tire manufacturing industry.
- Six Sigma Certification

- Experienced with PowerBI, Tableau, AutoCAD
