Job Description

The Regional Head of Sales is a critical leadership mandate responsible for governing the execution of sales strategies within the Home Business Unit. This role ensures the achievement of regional net-growth and revenue benchmarks through sophisticated analytics-driven planning, field enablement, and seamless cross-functional orchestration with service delivery and channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Execution: Direct the daily sales operations across all home BU segments, optimizing lead conversion rates and driving robust customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Strategic Territory Management: Translate macro-level rollout plans into granular, actionable sales targets and localized territory strategies, leveraging market intelligence and digital lead-routing systems.
  • Performance Analytics & KPI Management: Define and monitor key performance indicatorsincluding net adds, revenue realization, and churn attributionensuring total alignment with corporate objectives and incentive frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Integration: Lead collaborative efforts with Channel and Telesales divisions to ensure uniform execution standards across outsourced agents, vertical markets, and digital points of presence (DOPs).
  • Service Excellence: Oversee regional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to harmonize post-sales coordination, installation scheduling, and the resolution of frontline operational bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Foresight: The ability to visualize long-term market trends and pivot regional tactics accordingly.
  • High-Performance Leadership: A proven track record of fostering growth and development within large-scale sales organizations.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the financial and operational drivers of the home services industry.

Stakeholder Management


  • Internal: Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to synchronize regional execution with national pricing and promotional cycles. Liaise with Service Delivery PMO and CX to integrate customer satisfaction metrics into the sales lifecycle.
  • External: Manage high-level governance of third-party vendors and telesales partners. Act as the primary regional representative for community and government stakeholders regarding infrastructure permits and rollout support.

Professional Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management (required); MBA or relevant Masters degree is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in sales operations, channel strategy, or retail management. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the Telecommunications, FMCG, or Platform-based sectors.
  • Advanced certifications in Sales Leadership, CRM Governance, or Field Operations are viewed favorably.
