Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bali, Indonesia, for a Regional Director of Sales specializing in Leisure and International Accounts. The role involves driving sales initiatives, managing key leisure and international accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. The candidate will oversee sales operations, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure revenue and business development goals are achieved. Facilitating customer satisfaction and market growth will also be central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining and executing leisure sales strategies for the Indonesia region.
  • Achieve regional leisure segment targets aligned with business plans and budgets.
  • Develop annual leisure sales programs, objectives, and budgets.
  • Strengthen leisure segment performance by supporting hotel sales teams.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key leisure clients through active sales calls.
  • Define domestic and international leisure target markets and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality sales, ideally leisure-focused.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
