Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and drive the Southeast Asia (SEA) retail channel network strategy in alignment with Anta International's overall business objectives. Continuously review and optimize store network planning to ensure alignment with brand strategy and market dynamics.
  • Retail Expansion & Network Development: Lead end-to-end channel expansion initiatives, including site selection, new store openings, store upgrades, and network optimization. Monitor execution progress and control development costs to ensure timely and efficient delivery of expansion targets.
  • Market Analysis & Feasibility Assessment: Collect and analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and commercial district data to support data-driven decision-making. Enhance store evaluation frameworks and feasibility analysis to improve site selection accuracy and investment effectiveness.
  • Business Negotiation & Partnership Management: Lead commercial negotiations with key landlords, shopping malls, and strategic partners, including lease agreements, renewals, and rental optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, key property owners, and external stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal functions (e.g., brand, finance, operations) to ensure seamless alignment, information sharing, and effective execution of expansion and operational initiatives across the region.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Structure and manage the expansion team with clear roles and responsibilities. Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in retail, with strong exposure to store expansion / network development
  • For Manager level: at least 2 years of people management experience
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and consumer/sports industry dynamics
  • Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus to facilitate collaboration with teams across China and SEA
