Refinery & Fractionation Officer

Job Description Summary :

Manage and coordinate the implementation of Physical Refinery production process to fulfill Master Production Schedule from PPIC

Job Description :

• Ensure that daily reports and monthly reports are made correctly and on time

• Ensure that SAP transactions are done on time.

• Communicating matters related to daily report and SAP transaction with related parties.

• Ensure employee data on Refinery is updated.

• Ensure the training schedule for all employees in the Refinery goes well.

• Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan.

• Ensure that the procedures (SOP) and WI are implemented properly and correctly and submit changes to MR if there are changes to procedures, WI, forms and other documentation related to system implementation

• Check the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning and 5R.

• Running safety tegulation in accordance with applicable policy.

• Together with Engineering Department carry out preventive maintenance schedule and ensure instrument equipments can be used properly.

• Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).

• Ensure the administration for the purchase of goods in accordance with the existing budget goes well.

• Ensure availability of spare parts for Refinery is available in spare part warehouse and communicate with Dept. Engineering and spare part warehouse

• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the work area.

• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head

• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

• Having minimum 3 years of working experience as Refinery Fractionation at Downstream Refinery.

• Familiar with ISO and Quality Management System

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, Autocad, Visio, etc are prefered

• Willing to be located in Tarjun, Kalimantan Selatan
