Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment & Training Manager located in Ubud. The Recruitment & Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing employee training programs, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing HR-related activities. The individual will also ensure that training initiatives align with the resort's mission of sustainability and cultural respect, as well as enhance team performance. The role requires collaboration with various departments to identify training needs and improve workforce development.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Training Management and Employee Training, with the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Strong background in HR Management, including recruitment and employee development strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration, deliver impactful training, and engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze training needs and assess employee performance for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and a passion for aligning HR initiatives with eco-friendly and culturally respectful values.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or in sustainable tourism is a strong plus.
