Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jakarta for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for handling end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Daily tasks include collaborating with management to identify staffing needs, conducting training or orientation sessions, and maintaining effective communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. They will also work on improving recruitment strategies and offer support in building a strong, talented workforce for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Hiring and Recruiting to source, evaluate, and onboard talent across various roles.
• Strong Interviewing skills and expertise in conducting effective candidate evaluations.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams collaboratively.
• Experience in creating and conducting successful Training and onboarding programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Indonesia's labor laws and regulations is a plus.
