What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead recruitment for key roles, especially managerial and senior positions, ensuring high-quality hires who fit our culture and ambition.

  • HR Strategy & Operations: Not just hiring you'll help design and implement HR processes, performance evaluations, and even handle sensitive employment terminations when necessary.

  • General Affairs Support: Assist with daily office administration, employee onboarding, and general affairs to keep our operations smooth.

  • Culture Builder: Foster a positive, multicultural work environment where young, driven professionals can do their best work.
