Responsibilities: What you are regularly responsible for doing on your job

1. Support and assist Recruitment Manager in administering the whole activity of candidate

sourcing, recruitment and selection function

2. Prepare the periodic recruitment activity reports (progress and source tracking) and

provide related information

3. Prepare the administration related with newly joined and handle onboarding process

4. Build and maintain network through external partners, post job openings in

advertisements, professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues, to search

ideal candidates.

5. Conducting and support event and activities with external partners

6. Maintenance and find new sourcing of candidates

Authority: What is your authority in doing your job

1. Assist in recruitment tasks and initiatives as directed by the Recruitment Manager.

2. Assist in implementing Recruitment strategies and initiatives as directed by the

Recruitment Manager.

3. Ensure compliance with Recruitment policies and practices within your area of

responsibility.

4. Maintaining Recruitment System

Requirements for the role:

Knowledge

1. Qualified bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration

or related discipline

2. Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles

including direct sourcing, knowledge of employment law, and relationship

management.

3. Knowledge in using recruitment system (ATS) and HR System

Experience

1. Minimum of two years experience managing end to end recruitment process across a

variety of roles

2. Create and maintain a talent pool of both internal and external candidates through job

boards, headhunting, referral schemes and liaison with external agencies

Technical skills

1. Proficiency in interview and negotiation skill

2. Proficiency in recruitment system (ATS) and HR System

3. Strong administrative and organizational skills

4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Behavior

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Team player with a collaborative approach.

3. Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment and different approach
