Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
  • Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the required timeline
  • Analyze recruitment data and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, HRBP, or General HR, with at least 1 year of team management experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to recruit mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and improve hiring strategies
