Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and cruise line clients.
- Drive hiring strategies to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Coach and develop the recruitment team to maximize performance.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring solutions.
- Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year leading a team.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hospitality, outsourcing, or cruise industry is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Professional English proficiency (spoken and written).
