Recruitment Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Intern at the VPlus Education branch located in Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Recruitment Intern will assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding and training processes. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases and providing administrative assistance to the recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively
• Experience or interest in Training and onboarding is preferred
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields
