Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates;
  • Manage recruitment report;
  • Conduct test to candidates;
  • Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities;
  • Follow up candidates;
  • Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.

Requirements

  • Major Psychology;
  • Having hunter mentality;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Knowledge of technical and industry trends;
  • Good in time management;
  • Able to work in face paced environment
