Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling External Hiring (Massive Hiring & Head Hunter Service) project
  2. Sourcing, Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., placements, revenue).
  4. Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, feedback coordination, and offer negotiations.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are met and fostering professional development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in recruitment agency (headhunter & Outsourcing), preferably in a 360 consultant role.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, including setting targets and monitoring performance.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  4. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  5. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.
  6. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
