This position will support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end administrative processes for Operations & Logistics hiring. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining accurate hiring records, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to support timely and efficient hiring operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
  • Prior internship experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or administrative roles would be a plus
  • Comfortable handling high-volume recruitment and administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills, especially for coordinating with blue-collar candidates
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing data and documents
  • Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel and basic data tracking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Available for a 3 months internship.
