About the Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms, including job boards (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Glints) and social media channels.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet job qualifications and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates, providing updates on application progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, administrative documentation, and onboarding materials.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting recruitment initiatives, including job fairs and campus hiring programs.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and tools to support hiring effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Talenta HRIS or other HR information systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate and maximum up to 2 years of professional working experience in a recruitment role are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing mass hiring projects is an added advantage
  • Experience in social media management or online recruitment platforms is an advantage.
