Job Description

As an HR Recruitment Specialist Intern atNeurone(one of our Divisions), you will gain hands-on experience in the Australian recruitment industry, working closely with our Recruitment team to support various aspects of talent pool management. You will assist in preparing and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging initial interviews, responding to inquiries and managing other recruitment- related documentation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about branding, candidate experience, and the inner workings of a recruitment agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and screening candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Help organize and maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Provide support to candidates by giving timely feedback and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Contribute to data gathering and reporting to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and marketing initiatives, including social media content and career events.
  • Assist in managing talent pipeline activities, such as interviews and background checks.
  • Support coordination with internal teams and clients, including visa verification and onboarding processes.
  • Help promote our Professional Development Program to prospective candidates.
  • Carry out other HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; approachable and personable.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Basic data analysis ability and proficiency with technology (MS Office, social media).
  • No prior experience required; internship or admin/customer service background is a bonus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • Available for a 6-month period, with flexible hours, and willing to work on-site in Denpasar.
  • Passionate about recruitment and aligned with Neurone's mission of supporting professional growth.
