Job Description
- Handle incoming phone calls and connect calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Receive and manage incoming documents and letters, including proper handover to related parties.
- Coordinate and communicate with courier services for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain documentation and filing system for all incoming documents.
- Greet and assist guests or visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support daily front office and administrative activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 12 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Willing to work full WFO in Sudirman area.
- Willing to attend offline interview after office hours, if required.
- Available to join ASAP.
