Receptionist & Office Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, mail and deliveries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
• Book travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodations
• Arrange the internal driver's schedule after receiving the booking from the Associates
• Handle the nationwide free goods claim recap
• Manage and order office stationery as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
