We are seeking an experienced
Receptionist to join our team at the Midplaza Building in Sudirman, Jakarta. This role is responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, while efficiently handling administrative and front-desk duties to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver a professional and courteous welcome to all guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a consistently positive first impression
- Manage visitor flow by promptly directing guests to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries accurately and professionally, escalating matters as required
- Maintain excellent personal presentation, communication, and service etiquette in line with company standards and policies
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, documents, invoices, and parcels) in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, including scheduling, setup, and ensuring rooms are ready prior to use
- Ensure meeting rooms remain clean, tidy, and well-stocked with required supplies
- Oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall comfort of the Level 25 lobby area
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office staff is preferred
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous, service-oriented manner
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office (especially Word)
