Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist based in Cileungsi, Bogor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the relevant departments politely and professionally.

2. Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.

3. Receive and dispatch documents or packages via courier (DHL) to the designated addresses.

4. Manage incoming and outgoing emails and distribute information to relevant departments.

5. Ensure meeting rooms and work areas are clean, neat, and well maintained.

6. Receive and forward invoices/bills to the Finance department for payment processing.

7. Handle leave documentation for outsourced employees.

8. Prepare medical referral letters for employees to hospitals or clinics.

9. Arrange refreshments or meals for guests as required.

10. Comply with all workplace rules, policies, and safety standards.

Job Challenges

11. Maintaining professionalism and courteous communication at all times in the workplace environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum education: High School (Senior High School) or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.

3. Computer literate with the ability to handle administrative tasks.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good time management and organizational skills.

6. Neat appearance with a positive and professional attitude.
