Company Description PT Jitu Property Digitalhub operates Jitu Property, a leading digital property application in Indonesia recognized by Property and Bank Magazine in 2021. The platform, available on Android and iOS, offers a user-friendly interface and personalized dashboards for buyers, sellers, developers, and agents. Jitu Property is 100% free to use and provides registered agents with access to over 5,000 listings, strong marketing support, and guaranteed commissions. The application enables agents to work flexibly from any location, simplifies listing management, and minimizes duplication issues. It also helps developers manage inventory and streamlines communication, facilitating secure, direct transactions between buyers, agents, and homeowners.

Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Thamrin, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will use the Jitu Property platform to manage listings, respond to leads, and provide timely support to buyers, sellers, and developers. Daily activities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, negotiating offers, and guiding parties through the transaction process. The role involves building and maintaining a client portfolio, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information on the app, and collaborating with other agents and the Jitu Property team to close deals efficiently. The Real Estate Agent is expected to uphold professional standards, protect client interests, and maximize commissions through effective sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
  • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with digital tools and mobile apps for property listing, communication, and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience with Indonesian property markets, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, and additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role is preferred.
