Job Summary
The Real Estate Agent is responsible for generating property sales, managing client relationships, and facilitating real estate transactions for PT. Seven Stones Indonesia. This role involves identifying potential buyers and investors, presenting property opportunities, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Sales & Client Acquisition
· Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
· Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties managed or marketed by the company.
· Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
· Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
2. Property Marketing
- Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Assist in preparing property listings, marketing materials, and property presentations.
- Coordinate property viewings and site visits with prospective clients.
- Maintain updated listings and property information in the company database.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding property investment opportunities.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
4. Negotiation & Transaction Management
- Assist clients throughout the property transaction process.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
5. Market Research
- Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management.
- Identify emerging property opportunities and potential new listings.
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all documentation related to property transactions is complete and accurate.
- Assist in preparing agreements, contracts, and necessary paperwork.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian property regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property sales, real estate brokerage, or related sales roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a professional network.
- Target-driven with strong sales motivation.
- Familiarity with Bali real estate market is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
