Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Canggu. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property sales and purchases, maintaining professional relationships with clients, identifying potential buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proven track record
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Proficiency in negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to develop client relationships and manage multiple transactions effectively
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
