Radio Operator

This is an on-site contract position based in Denpasar for the role of Radio Operator. The Radio Operator will manage day-to-day radio communication activities, operate broadcasting equipment, and assist in ensuring smooth technical operations. The candidate will monitor and control radio frequencies, handle radio communication, and coordinate effectively with the team to maintain seamless communication services within the station.

• Proficiency in Radio Communication and general operations of Radio systems
• Strong Communication skills and ability to manage effective exchanges of information
• Experience in a Military environment or relevant Training related to radio operations is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site and solve technical challenges as they arise
• Basic technical knowledge of broadcasting equipment and troubleshooting is a plus
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in radio operations or relevant experience preferred
