Job Position: R&D Manager
We are looking for an experienced and visionary R&D Manager to join our growing team. If you are passionate about innovation and product development in the wood industry, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an R&D Manager
Preferably with a background in the wood industry
In-depth understanding of:
o Product Development Processes
o Costing
o Product Design, especially wood-based products
Experienced in implementing:
o 5S Methodology
o Kaizen Practices
o Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic decision-making abilities
Proficient in preparing regular reports for Top Management
Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and implementation
