Responsibilities:
- Support documentation clean-up and restructuring to improve clarity and standardization
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to help draft structured specification documents, testing scenarios, and documentation formats
- Demonstrate the ability to prompt AI effectively for different technical topics related to QA and software documentation
- Assist in preparing detailed checklists, test plans, test cases, and specification documents under supervision
- Execute testing tasks diligently based on the provided documentation
- Report bugs promptly and accurately during the testing process
- Generate testing reports summarizing tested features or sections and their outcomes
- Provide feedback on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience of the platform
- Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to support continuous improvement of the QA process
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to assist in technical documentation and QA preparation
- Able to demonstrate how they interact with AI for different technical topics, including generating structured specification documents (format, sections, and clarity)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of software development, especially the use of AI
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining checklists, test plans, and test cases
- Basic understanding of the bug life cycle and bug reporting process
- Familiar with basic programming/scripting concepts (advantageous)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus)
- Strong logic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to contribute to a global software team
