Quality Systems Engineer (Indonesia Region)

Essential Functions:

• Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949.
• Regularly review and update QMS policies and procedures.
• Manage document control for accuracy, currency, and accessibility.
• Monitor and evaluate QMS effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Lead Layered Process Audits (LPA) for compliance and enhancement.
• Coordinate and participate in QMS certification and recertification audits.
• Oversee audit activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead preparation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with departments to meet audit requirements and address findings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QMS and document control, preferably in vehicle manufacturing.
• Experience in internal and external audits.
• Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds.
