PERSOL is currently assisting our client from Multinational Electrical Manufacture who is looking for Quality Management System Engineer for Batam placement, as detailed below:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable standards and regulations.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Prepare, control, review, and update QMS documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support external audits (certification bodies and customer audits).
- Manage audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and deliver QMS-related training to employees.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as PDCA, risk-based thinking, and process improvement programs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 22301/ IATF 16949).
- Experience with QMS documentation and document control.
- 2+ years of experiences to work in Wire Harness / Cable Harness / Electrical Manufacture will be great advante
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Fluent in Mandarin will be great advantage
- Ability to conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Knowledge of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
