Quality Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's quality management systems.
• Responsible to allocate tasks, set goals, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
• Responsible to lead investigations into complex quality issues and non-conformities, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Responsible to implement comprehensive corrective and preventive actions to address the root causes.
• Lead risk assessments related to product quality, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential risks.
• Implement strategies to minimize quality related risks across the organization.
• Oversee internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards, Safety, and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement based on audit findings and ensure sustained compliance.
• Strive for innovation and efficiency in quality department.
• Develop and implement training programs for quality team members to ensuring continuous skill development.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree chemistry, pharmaceutical, or mechanical engineering major is preferred.
• Minimum having 3 years experience in similar role and preferred in the same industries.
• Active English language
• Having skill in Power BI would be advantage, able to do statistical analysis.
• Good people management.
• Qualified to do testing and training as per standard testing method.
