Supervise the training team & responsible for delivering operational training in the warehouse.
Define schedule training sessions, assign tasks, and ensure that all training programs are executed as planned.
Provide guidance for the training team and conduct regular performance assessments, as well as assess the effectiveness of training through participant evaluations, tests, and feedback.
Evaluate employee performance post-training to ensure the application of acquired knowledge, and analyze the training evaluation data from new joiner (operation team) to prepare the potential talent.
Design, develop, and update training materials for various warehouse operational functions, including standard procedures, safety protocols, equipment usage, and others processes.
Produce training materials in video format, including scripting, filming, and editing, to facilitate more interactive learning.
Maintain and Standardize warehouse documentations, such as guidelines, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and checklists.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Education, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a training or employee development role
Ability to design and develop comprehensive training materials in both written (documentation) and multimedia (video) formats
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills to identify performance gaps and develop targeted & effective training solutions
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to operational changes and evolving training requirements
