Quality Control Technician

1. Responsible for overseeing & ensuring the quality inspection process.
2. Conduct daily, weekly & monthly quality inspection process to maintain product & process standard
3. Perform problem analysis, propose corrective actions, and make quality-related judgments.
4. Conduct audits based on 5M1E principles (Man, Machine, Measurement, Method, Material & Environment).
5. Operate tools measurement instruments for first article inspection activities.
6. Monitor and follow up on non-conformity products to ensure timely improvement and preventive measures.
7. Carry out inspections for new factory construction, project development, and project release.
8. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Maintenance Departments & Etc.
9. Prepare data summaries and generate inspection reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Associate Degree (D3) & preferably a Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. More than 3 years of Quality Job on Automotive Manufacture Industries & preferably Battery Industries
3. Familiar with machine parameters that can impact to Quality problems
4. Familiar with Ai Camera detection system & Failure Prevention System
5. Strong leadership, able to drive team to meet the goal & make improvement
6. Have Basic Knowledge of QC tools, 8D or the Quality 7 tools.
7. Good Comunication in English (Oral and written) or being able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage.

9. Proficient in using the Ms. Office : Powerpoint, Excell & Words
