Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and monitoring Dept (Collection/CS/Telemarketing/CA)
  • Conduct training and being a trainer
  • Prepare the material for training based on needs
  • Develop agent, do observation & analysist based on training result
  • Bring good impact and positive vibes after coaching and training
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Willing to work six days in a week (6+1)
  • Minimum Diploma degree in any field
  • Conversational English is a must
  • Have experience as QC & Trainer in Collection/ CA/CS/Telemarketing minimum 1 year
  • Independent, initiative, and positive
  • Good communication & negotiation
  • Can work individual and as a team
